General Questions
How often should I have my lawn mowed?
Throughout spring and summer, we recommend having your lawn mowed on a weekly basis. During autumn and winter, we recommend every two weeks.
How long after I start the treatment process should I notice a difference in my lawn?
You should be able to notice a difference in a few short weeks, notably your lawn’s colour and thickness. Within three months, you should notice a decline in weed growth.
Is the fertilizer and weed spray harmful to people or pets?
No, there is no risk to people or pets.
Once we have completed a visit, is there anything I need to do?
No, the only time we will recommend you do anything is during Summer, when we think your lawn may need to be watered more often.
Will you be able to remove prickles from my lawn?
Yes, that can be added to any service or as a standalone offer.
Do I have to sign a locked-in contract?
No, we do not require you to lock into a contract. Instead, we ask that you complete our service agreement, which includes information on our fees and visit frequency. If, at any time, you would like to cancel your service, you can call us on 0800 101 216 and cancel it. It’s that easy.
Do you send us a reminder before each treatment?
Yes, We will send you an email or text prior to your next scheduled visit to remind you.
